Just got my refurbished BB9000 from Best Buy. Was very please because it only took 2 days to arrive. Problem: It doesn't work. Now, I will have gone over a week without a phone. Not pleased at all!
Even after many e-mails advising the delay, the company took more than 10 days to ship the product. It did no arrived on the estimated time. Purchase was canceled.
This is a great phone for business purposes or everyday use. If you prefer a full Qwerty phone instead of a touch screen this is the phone for you. It has amazing speed and is a very user friendly phone. I use the calendar app for setting appointments and creating a budget.
