This phone is 1 1/2, 2 yrs since new. The one I bought was reconditioned and looks and works just like new. This is a great value. The phone features a slide keyboard that is spaced well and very easy to use without error.
My husband has been using this phone for 2 months. It has horrible reception, and would keep freezing up after calls, and he'd have to remove the batter to reset it... well now he can't even do that. It is totally frozen, dead.
