Great user DVD showing the features of the camera and how to use them. Good price for a digital SLR camera with 2 lens system.
This is a great camera--takes beautiful shots, and I haven't even started to figure out the ins and outs! It has a variety of shooting modes, which make it easy to take stunning photos in just about any condition.
I have been shopping around for a new camera for some time. I have looked into the Sony NEX-5, Canon t1i and t2i and the Nikon D5000 all of which seem to be great cameras. Conclusion: While the Nikon D3100 carries a list price slightly higher than that of the company's most affordable SLR, it offers a number of very worthwhile improvements that make it easy to justify the extra cost. Key among these for most photographers will be its better image quality.
