Good device. But struggles in Pedestrian mode in Europe. Map is necessary to compliment GPS. Selection of routes (or logic in device) is not always the best. There is nothing that can replace human brane.
I bought this GPS mainly for the European maps. My old Garmin still works fine but to update the North American maps and get European maps would have cost more than this one. This model has the same size screen but is flatter and lighter and will fit easily in most pockets.
I bought this Nuvi 275T as I have used Nuvi 350 extensively for past 3 years and never had any issues with it however I had given that to my brother thinking I would now upgrade to a higher Garmin version but within three days of using nuvi 275T I am disappointed with this device.
Love the amount of information it holds for both US and Europe. Has been very accurate so far. Issues: Sometimes it takes a while to acquire on start-up - other times it is fast. Using this unit is Paris France. I cannot take all the constant dinging from the speed trap camera warnings.
