I am surprised - because I have always admired Haier products - but I had bought this microwave oven aproximatley four (4) months ago and the turntable struggles and "voices" large whines - as if the load on top is too heavy - but nothing heavy has ever been placed upon my new Haier microwave

I recently purchased the Haier MWM11100TB 1.1cuft Microwave. I'm am very happy with it but I feel there are too many presets. I keep the manual near the microwave so I can use it to heat food up. Overall a great product.
