Bought this microwave 5 years ago and it's shot. All the electronics still work great, but I have to scrap it over what probably amounts to a $5 plastic door latch part. They don't make it so you can replace the inferior component, however, and repair guys want all kinds of money to do it.

I had the exact same microwave for about 10 years. It was used everyday which just goes to show how much wear and tear was put on it. When it broke I was thrilled to see I could get the same one because as microwaves go I don't think you can find a better one for household use.

Microwave works great except for the terrible front panel display. If, like me, you install the unit on a counter top and want to be able to read the display, you had better be under 5 feet tall.
