I have bought a number of flat panel tvs in the past and was looking a new tv with decent performance with a small bezel and fairly light as I needed to fix the tv to a plaster/concrete wall.

The TV is good. It works as any Plasma TV would work with the inherent issues related to plasma like image burn in and lot of heat generated. The only disappointment is that we cannot play any movies through the USB port. It can only play music or show photos.

probably will burn out in 2 years like the last samsung a 50" plasma model htp 5054---they wanted $400-plus-- to fix it so i just bought another for [$]---[...

I received the Samsung shortly after ordering it. The box was in good shape and the TV suffered no damage. We plugged it into the cable box and the picture was excellent. My only suggestion would be that they include more ports for audio and video devices. Otherwise an excellent TV for the money.
