I purchased a telephone, but somehow the order never arrived. I called and spoke to someone at customer service who promptly fixed the problem, then gave me a $20 credit on my order due to the delay. Customer service was extremely efficient, and literally "put their money where there mouth was".

Well if you're looking for honesty here it is. The sound quality is great however this phone isn't big on features. I owned a panasonic in the past and the chargers started to go, I never could get it to sinc up with bluetooth phones correctly and the clearity was average.
