A little harder than I had hoped to get the voice message system set up. Wish I could have changed the message on a daily basis vs. an overall 9am in office and 5pm out of office setting (since our small business has different hours of operation for the weekdays compared to the weekends).

The phone is simple and has volume control for the ringer as well as the receiver. We are enjoying it. The only thing I was surprised that it did NOT have was MOH music on hold as did the KX tg4500 did?

This phone is very helpful for me and my growing business. Connection is so clear. My employees love this phone. The keys are also easy to press no matter what size your fingers are. I encourage everyone to buy this phone for your businesses.

This phone does not allow you to Dial in a Number and then hit the Line Button. You Must engage the Line and then Dial. Therefore you Cannot Delete a mistyped number. otherwise Phone is Ok.

Answering machine answers all lines with only one message choice. Therefore, home line is answered by business answering machine message. Only drawback from a fine machine.
