The product is ok. We're a small organisation and it does roughly what it says and is pretty easy to use. I like being able to plug a mobile phone into it. The wireless feature is very good.

Non expandable means you CANNOT add speakers at a later date. The EX version (expandable) allows you to add speakers. The SoundStation2 base has VERY GOOD volume. But, had I known what non expandable meant (I was looking at the lower cost), I would have purchased the expandable version.
